You may qualify for this study if you are:
- 18 years or older
- Currently experiencing chronic low back pain (more than 3 months and about 50% of your day in pain)
- Current patient at one of the University of California medical campus: Davis, Irvine, San Diego, San Francisco
- Willing to have MRI scans
- Willing to participate for up to 36 months
